Karen Miller took the reigns of Sterling Miller Company, a corporation her husband founded in 1991, after leaving her position as the VP and Senior Executive Loan Officer at the largest bank in New Hampshire. Since that time she has propelled Sterling Miller into a little company that has helped over 70 clients in 15 states produce over $1 billion in assets by understanding how and why people buy banking products, and how to educate, inspire and motivate a banking sales team.
